Gently bend the band into a tighter curve before applying. Hold it in a U-shape for 15 seconds. This makes the lash hug your eye instead of pointing outward.

Step 4: Apply to the center and outer corner only. Do not glue the inner corner. Place the lash starting at the center of your eyelid, then press outward. Leave the inner third of your eye bare. This visually pulls your eyes closer together, balancing the wide-set spacing. It also prevents the inner corner from poking or lifting.

HOW TO FIX A PAIR YOU CANNOT TRIM (LIKE MAGNETIC OR PRE-GLUED)

Some lashes cannot be cut because the band has magnets or adhesive strips built in. If you have that pair, do not panic. You can still fix the fit with placement. Apply the lash slightly lower on the lash line, closer to your natural lashes. This reduces the vertical height. WHEN IT IS NOT THE LASH — IT IS THE GLUE

Sometimes the problem is not the length. It is the application. If your lash lifts at the inner corner, it creates a shadow that makes the lash look even longer. Use a glue that dries with a flexible hold, not a stiff one. A stiff glue does not allow the band to mold to your eye. A flexible glue lets the lash move with you, so it stays put without poking.

Apply the glue and wait 40 seconds. Then, press the lash on, starting from the center. Use tweezers to press the outer corner down firmly. Hold for 20 seconds. This gives the glue time to set in the curved shape.

THE REAL FIX FOR YOUR EYE SHAPE

Here is the honest truth. You can trim, bend, and reposition any lash. But if the lash is not designed for hooded or monolid eyes, you will always be fighting it.
