1. Clean the natural lower lash thoroughly. Use a gentle cleanser on a micro swab, let it dry completely.
2. Isolate the natural lower lash. Gently pull the skin below your eye downward with your non-dominant hand.
3. Dip the extension into the adhesive. Only a tiny bead at the base. Too much adhesive will stick to your skin and look heavy.
4. Place the extension under the natural lash. Position it at the base of the lash, not on the skin itself. Press for 3–5 seconds while your eye stays relaxed.
5. Repeat every 2–3 lash hairs. You don’t need to cover every lash. Leaving gaps makes it look natural.
6. Cure with a sealer. A quick touch of lash sealer helps keep everything in place and prevents irritation.

COMMON PITFALLS AND QUICK FIXES

• They point downward: Use a slower dip into the adhesive and angle the tweezers slightly upward.
• They fall off fast: You’re probably putting them on skin. Attach only to natural lash hairs.
• They feel spiky: Trim the extensions with a small scissors before applying.

HOW TO PICK LOWER LASH EXTENSIONS THAT LOOK REAL

Look for extensions with a taper, like a lotus petal, rather than a full base. Shorter lengths create a flattering shadow too. If you’re buying a kit, make sure it includes lower lash lengths (around 4–6mm) and a lower-lash specific adhesive.

How long do lower lash extensions last?

With proper care (no rubbing), they can last 2–3 weeks. Natural lash shedding affects them, so fill in as needed.

Do lower lash extensions damage your natural lashes?

Only if you use too much adhesive or pick at them. Applied gently, they do no more damage than mascara.
