How to Adjust Lashes for Asymmetrical Eyes

3. Look at your outer corners — does one extend further out, or droop slightly lower?
4. Take a photo with your phone held at eye level (not from above, not from below). Circle the differences.

THE 4 ADJUSTMENT TECHNIQUES THAT ACTUALLY WORK

• 1. The trim differential. If your right eye has a more hooded lid, trim the right lash 2mm shorter than the left. It prevents that heavy feeling and lets the lash sit more open.
• 2. The lower-placement trick. On the higher eye, place the lash 0.5mm lower on the lash line. On the lower eye, place it exactly on the lash line. That tiny height shift visually balances the eyes.
• 3. The corner flip. If one outer corner droops, add a touch of lash glue to the outer tip after applying, then hold it up with your fingertip for 10 seconds. It creates a slightly lifted wing on that side only.
• 4. The double-check in daylight. After applying, take a photo with the phone at eye level. The mirror lies to you all day long. The photo doesn't. Fix based on the photo.
