How to Apply Corner Lashes for a Subtle Lift

THE CORNER LASH PLACEMENT METHOD IN 6 STEPS

1. Curl your natural lashes first. This is the secret to the invisible blend. Without the curl, your real lashes will point down and fight the half lash.
2. Measure and mark the outer third. Place the corner lash on your lid with the outer edge at the end of your eye. The inner edge should start just above your pupil at the outer edge of your iris.
3. Trim only the outer side. If the lash goes beyond your own lash line, snip from the outside edge of the strip. Never cut from the inner side, or it won't fan outward.
4. Apply a thin line of adhesive to the band. One coat. Then wait 20 to 30 seconds until it feels tacky but not wet. That gives you the best slide-on grip.
5. Place the outer corner first. Set the outer tip down on your lash line, then press inward along the band. Use the tweezers to hold the center for five seconds so it fuses.
6. Press upward with a fingertip. Gently push the lashes upward with your finger while they dry. This locks in the curl and ensures the band doesn't sit on the skin.

THE 2 MISTAKES THAT DESTROY A SUBTLE LIFT

Placing the lash too close to the center. A corner lash is not a half lash. If it goes past the center of your iris, it stops being a lift and becomes a strip with a weird tail. Keep it to the outer third.

Using too much adhesive. A thick blob at the inner edge is what creates that digging feeling and makes the corner curl up. Less is more.
